After a 10 year break, my new CD "Shades of Grey" is complete. The story of how the album came to be can be found on my blog and the story about the songs can be found on the new Shades of Grey page.

Since my own songwriting has petered out somewhat, I'm now spending more time on my own personal blog along with the songwriting blog and my latest addition, the Guitar Blog. With so much blogging going on, how do I have time to write songs? :-)

GUITAR LESSONS

I've been a guitar teacher in the Victoria, BC area for over 20 years now, and as part of my desire to further develop this website, I'm going to be offering some guitar playing tips for those of you who are new or relatively new to the instrument. These will come in the form of videos, which I started to record in the summer of 2009. Depending on how many people use them, I'll add more as time allows. You can help me out by donating to the site via Paypal, or by buying one of my CD's. I'll probably add more advertising as the situation progresses, but my motto has always been "content first", so you'll never see a clutter of advertising with the slightest bit of content hidden on the page somewhere! Don't you hate that??
